Harper’s Landing is a village that is located a touch north of The Woodlands on the east side of I-45. It is home to an estimated 2,500 residents with about 900 homes. The homes were built beginning in 1999 and have some of the lowest price per square foot in The Woodlands. Harper’s Landing is part of the College Park area and has a park, pool, playground, and sports fields. Within College Park is Lone Star College- Montgomery and The University Center. Harper’s Landing has easy access to shopping centers along 1-45 and within the Town Center area of The Woodlands. There are not any schools located within the village, but students are zoned to Conroe ISD schools, within The Woodlands. There are 2 neighborhoods that compose the village, Harper’s Landing and Windsor Hills, which is a 55 and older community. Harper’s Landing is a wonderful place for a family, couples, and singles alike to live!
