Just a quick update on the market... sales of homes are down and inventory is starting to build year over year. Inventory is still super low compared to typical monthly inventory in this area which has been around 600+ homes in normal market cycles. Home sales are dropping, but only by 2% with average $ per square foot still over $200 and days on market are still down compared to last year at this time. In looking at the data, it shows that it is still a great time to put your home on the market if you are planning to sell this year. It is very important to price your property right or you will miss the first weeks of showings from eager buyers wanting to purchase.
