Happy Spring Break for those of you enjoying time with your kids and grandkids!
Please take a look at a few of the national data slides below that were reviewed at our annual Keller Williams Family Reunion in Anaheim last week. The message is no surprise to most of you that it will be a softer year for residential real estate. Those taking advantage of a slower sales market, lower inventory now starting to build) and higher interest rates will be happy they did so in the next few years. Take a look at the interest rates from the early 70's. Real estate has always been a good investment when holding for a period of time. Look at the chart that shows the growth over the years. If you have questions, call me and we can discuss a strategy for you and your family that will work for your budget. Make note there are many loan programs that will work to a buyer who is a first time homeowner with continued programs to come. Don't let the national news stop you in your future goals and building wealth in real estate.
